United Methodist Men

Currently, the meeting of Ashland's United Methodist Men is going through a reconstruction period. As we emerge from the pandemic, we have found that ideas, schedules and efforts have changed. So, to address the evolving cultural atmosphere, we are concentrating on these items:

• A new vision: What will the future meetings look like and how will we make them meaningful?
• Small Groups: For the past 3 years, several of the AUMC men have been meeting in the "Class Meeting" setting to grow in faith by sharing our weekly walk with Christ. Our plan is to incorporate this type of meaningful gathering into the UMM.
• Conference Sponsorship: We will continue to be a sponsoring church for the SC UMM gatherings and events.
• Partner in Missions: Discerning what ministries and missions within our church and surrounding community to support with our prayers, our presence, our gifts, our service, and our witness.
