Robert Neese
Organist - Director of Traditional Choir
Robert came to Ashland UMC in 2001 as church organist. In 2013 Robert was also named Director of the Traditional Choir.
He is cofounder and conductor of the Arpad Darazs Singers and teaches piano, organ and music theory. During his college years Robert sang in the Concert Choir.
Education
Robert received his Bachelor of Music in Music Theory from the University of South Carolina and his Master of Church Music in organ performance in from the New Orleans Baptist Theological Seminary. He has served Baptist, Episcopal, and Methodist congregations over his career.
Family
He is the father of two adult children and has ten grandchildren and one great-grandchild.
